Yes, we do. International orders are currently shipped by air mail.

How much do I pay for the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary from one product to another based on weight.
All shipping charges incurred are reflected together with the detailed product

When will my order be delivered?
If all products are in-stock, your order will be shipped within 7 business days.
Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. Local orders
will take approximately 8 to 10 business days to reach you. It will normally
take 2 to 3 weeks for an international order to reach our customers as this
is subjected to customs clearance.
For In-store pick up, when will I be able to collect my orders?
Orders made this week can be collected next weekend. You will
be notified if you order is available for early collection.

You are able to shop and view our products in various currencies. On the other hand, when it comes to billing via credit card, you'll be prompted to make payments only in Sing$, US$ or in Euro$.

What is your policy on product availability?
In the event that your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email with
the status of your order. If the expected delivery date of the item is within
30 days, we will place your order on backorder and notify you when it ships.
If the expected delivery date of the item is greater than 30 days, we will notify
you that the order has been cancelled due to an out of stock status. All notifications
will take place via email.
My review has been deleted or changed without my permission. Why? Aren't you violating my freedom of speech?
We value your reviews and feedback always. However, Hope Resources reserves the right to edit or delete any review on eStore without obtaining permission from the one who wrote the reviews, should we decide these reviews are deemed to be disruptive or disturbing to our store or our ministry.
Which one do I need to choose in shipping carrier option?
If you need delivery service, choose "SHIPPING BY SINGAPORE POST". You'll be charged for shipping according to the weight of the product(s).
NO SHIPPING REQUIRED" option is for purchases of downloadable product(s), or in- store pick up for local customers.

For In-store pick up, do I have a deadline to collect my orders? You have 3 weekends to collect your order from our store. After the third weekend from the day of order, we will consider your order to be canceled. However, please inform us if you have valid reasons for not being able to pick up your order on time.

Firstly, please inform us of your intended delivery option via email or phone.
Secondly, our web administrator will also notice your order inconsistency and contact you at the earliest opportunity:
You will be advised to resubmit your order and make the correct payment amount.
Your previous order payment via credit card would have been processed by WorldPay. For that previous amount made, eStore will reward you with the exact amount in the form of eVouchers, which you can make use of for future purchases in our eStore.
I have purchased downloadable manuscript/lessons. How can I download the document?
If you make your payment using your credit card, you can download your products straight away.
At the right hand section, you will see a box for your downloadable product(s).
Simply click on it to download.
Please note that you are given 30 days to download your document. Thereafter, access will be denied. Most of the documents are in zip file.

a Internet services and online media company. We accept major
credit cards like VISA and MasterCard through RBS Worldpay,
a worldwide company that provides ecommerce solutions.
Is the online credit card transaction
secure in the Internet?
The RBS WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both
established and innovative techniques to ensure the security
and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public
web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate
Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can
have confidence that nobody can impersonate RBS WorldPay to
obtain confidential information.
The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site
to RBS WorldPay are encapsulated using our own encrypted and
digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard
methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information
passed is secure and tamper-proof. For more information on

What happened during an online credit card transaction in eStore?
For an online credit card transaction in eStore, customers
will be redirected to the RBS WorldPay Server to continue
the transaction. The eStore does not keep the credit card
number of the customers. When submitting order through credit
card payment in eStore, you will definitely be proceed onto
the secure payment gateway through RBS WorldPay which uses
industry standard SSL, Thawte and RBS WorldPay unique encryption
systems. If the shopper keys in their card details at home
or in the office, they will be encrypted until after they
arrive at the WorldPay system. When the shopper fills in the
payment form and clicks the submit button, their details are
not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure
link is set up between the shopper's browser and RBS WorldPay
and an encryption code is requested and received, which then
wraps the order and transaction details before leaving the
shoppers premises. Upon completing the transaction, RBS WorldPay
will send redirect the customer back to the eStore. A detailed

How do I ensure that my online credit card transaction is in an encrypted session?
To ensure that you are using an Encrypted Session, before sending any private information, make certain your session is encrypted. This means you will see the prefix "https:" instead of "http:" in the URL in your browser's address window. The "s" in the "https:" prefix shows that the communications channel is being encrypted with a protocol called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and therefore cannot be sniffed. You can also check for Security Symbols. Some browsers have a padlock or key displayed in the lower left-hand corner. These are security symbols that tell you if your data is being encrypted before it is sent to the server. If it is encrypted, then the padlock will be locked, or the key will be solid. If it is not encrypted, then the padlock will be open, or the key will be broken. If you are entering private information into a Web form, you will want to check to be sure your transaction is encrypted.
Purchasing Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay
for them using the store standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value
of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account.
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount
now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where
you can send the Gift Voucher to someone via email.
How to Send Gift Vouchers.
To send a Gift Voucher you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the right hand column of our Home page. When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following: The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher too. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher too. The amount you want to send. (Note that you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.) A short message which will apear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.
Buying with Gift Vouchers.
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase
other items in out store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear.
Ticking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account. Please
note, you will still have to make credit card payment for remaining amount
if there is not enough amount in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost
of
your
purchase.
If you have more fund in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of
your
purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Voucher Account for the future.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers.
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain a link to redeem the voucher. You will need to Login or Create an Account before you can redeem the Gift Voucher. There are various ways you can redeem the voucher:
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. You will the be requested to create an account or Login, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout procces, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a tick box and button to redeem your Gift Voucher balance against that purchase.
