C. USAGE OF MESSAGES, LESSONS OR OTHER MATERIALS:
Downloadable messages and lessons may be reprinted for non-profit purposes within your local church as long as the following is included:
Copyright (c) Hope Church Singapore, all rights reserved http://www.hopesingapore.org.sg
Personal undertaking by user:
1. I'm responsible to meditate over the Scripture text (Bible verse) until I understand it and know God's heartbeat in the Bible text. The Bible is God's Word and the primary source of knowledge. I'll not take the shortcut to just read any sermon / teaching / other material without meditating over the corresponding Bible text. I'll verify everything I read with the Bible.
2. I'll pray in the Spirit and allow the Holy Spirit of God to take control and breathe the Bible text and the message afresh into my heart.
3. I'm responsible to seek to apply the message in my daily living, so that the message is lived out in my own life. I want to walk the talk and not just talk the talk. It is written in the Bible that someone who reads the word but does not obey it deceives himself.
4. If I'm going to use a borrowed resource, or at least a great part of it, I agree to:
(a) only if I have a clear and convincing motive and a desire to feed the people whom God loves so much;
(b) be disciplined and diligent -- I'll not borrow a material wholesale without thinking it through and/or out of any hint of ill-discipline or laziness;
(c) Discuss it thoroughly with my leaders in my local church; and
(d) Acknowledge the source of the sermon or lesson.
